Managing the Diabetic Foot: Caribbean Style
The world of Podiatry is life saving, especially in developing countries. While the world fights over Podiatrist and Podiatric surgery titles, the value of Podiatry is truly appreciated when a Podiatrist has the ability to step up because of their training to make a life changing difference.
The Caribbean is one of those understated and overlooked regions as it relates to the Diabetic foot. The Caribbean is often included with USA and Canada reporting. Simone McConnie is a Podiatrist from the region with just over 31 years of experience sharing a perspective of Podiatry and the Diabetic foot in the Caribbean.
Expect to learn a little more about the region and the diabetic foot Podiatry style.
