Jonathan Shearer qualified as a podiatrist from the University of Southampton in 1999 and, after seven years in the NHS, founded Footsteps Treatment Clinic in 2006.

Since then, he has grown a practice in the busy market Town of Tamworth from a start-up into a thriving five-room clinic through strategic marketing, effective networking, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

Jonathan has spoken at national conferences, delivered padding and strapping workshops for Cuxson Gerrard, and developed his business expertise through specialist marketing training and first-hand experience.

Passionate about building relationships and recognising opportunities, he enjoys sharing practical strategies that help healthcare professionals grow sustainable, successful clinics.
