Hiren Patel is the Founder and CEO of Flawless Feet Podiatry & Laser, a multi-site private podiatry practice with clinics across London. An HCPC-registered podiatrist with 27 years in practice, he founded Flawless Feet in 2006 and has grown it into one of the country’s leading private practices, a seven-figure business with a 4.9-star rating and was a member of the Podiatry Hive for over ten years. He has also been accepted onto the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses growth program.

His clinical background is in biomechanics, alongside nail surgery and fungal nail laser treatment. In recent years his focus has shifted from lead clinician to business leader: building a leadership team, developing systems, and tackling the challenge that faces every growing practice, how to build something that doesn’t depend on one person.
