Him Shun is the Lead Podiatrist at the Diabetes Foot Clinic within the NHS, with extensive experience in managing Diabetes Foot Complications.

His expertise includes providing both pre-operative and post-operative care for complex Charcot reconstruction surgery and surgical wound management following ultra-distal bypass procedures.

He frequently utilizes advanced wound therapies such as topical negative pressure, larval therapy, bone and soft tissue debridement, and the application of antibiotic biologics into wound cavities.

Him Shun also excels in offloading techniques, including the fabrication of total contact casts, Bohler, bivalve, windowed casts, ScotchCast, and offloading insoles.
