Dr Narelle Wyndow

Podiatrist & Clinical Researcher

Dr Narelle Wyndow is an Australian podiatrist and clinical researcher.

She has a Graduate Diploma in Human Movement Science, a Masters of Sport Medicine (Achilles Tendinopathy in Distance Runners), and a PhD in footwear and foot orthoses interventions for patellofemoral OA.

She currently works in clinical practice and as a consultant for international footwear companies.

Ankle OA is often overlooked in both research and clinical practice.

In this presentation we will describe some of the emerging understandings of ankle biomechanics in ankle OA as well as describing some simple clinical interventions podiatrist can deliver to improve the function, pain and quality of life of their patients with ankle OA.
