What’s in it for me?: The power of a team approach to foot health

Dr Emma Cowley is a member of the podiatry academic team at the University of Southampton. She has an interest in musculoskeletal conditions management and has worked with Health Education England and the College of Podiatry to develop a Podiatry Career Framework to introduce a tiered structure to the foot health industry. Emma has first hand experience of the benefits of working with a wider team in clinical, research, education and policy settings and draws from other industries to understand the power of team working.
