About the show

The Foot & Ankle Show is Europe’s largest podiatry conference, bringing together more than 1,300 professionals for two days of education, inspiration, innovation and networking. Expect expert-led CPD, practical learning, a vibrant exhibition and plenty of ideas to take straight back to practice.

The show is designed for all healthcare practitioners working in foot, ankle and lower-limb health. Whether you work in private practice, the NHS, education or another area of the profession, the conference will have topics relevant to you.

Two packed days of expert-led education, hands-on learning, new ideas and meaningful conversations. With three education stages, Learning Labs, practical workshops and a busy exhibition hall, you can build a programme around the subjects that matter most to you.

Tickets & Registration

Ticket prices vary depending on whether you’re attending for one day or the full conference, and discounted student tickets are also available.

We also offer Early Bird pricing for a limited time, so booking early is the best way to secure the lowest ticket price. Check our ticket page for the latest prices.

Yes. One-day tickets are available if you can’t join us for the full two-day conference. Simply select the one-day ticket option and your preferred event when booking.

If you’re no longer able to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee. You’ll need to let us know the new delegate information so we can update the registration details.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee, provided you inform us of the change. Changes to speakers, sessions or programme timings do not qualify for a refund.

Yes. Once you’ve booked your ticket, you’ll receive confirmation using the email address provided during booking.

We’ll use your registered details to keep you updated ahead of the show.

Venue & Travel

Both our venues are easy to reach by road and public transport, with excellent connections from across the UK and beyond.

Exhibition Centre Liverpool is located at King’s Dock on Liverpool’s waterfront, less than 20 minutes from the UK motorway network and within easy reach of the city’s rail, bus and airport connections.

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is conveniently located south-west of London. Travel from London Waterloo by direct train in around 35 minutes or reach the venue by car via the M3.

Liverpool Lime Street is the main city-centre station, with direct services from London taking around two hours and excellent regional connections. From Lime Street, Exhibition Centre Liverpool is just a short taxi ride away.

Farnborough is well connected by rail, with direst services from London Waterloo taking around 35 minutes. We recommend checking your journey before travelling for the most convenient station and onward connection to the venue.

Liverpool King’s Dock Car Park has 1,460 parking spaces, including accessible bays and EV charging points on every floor. If using sat nav, use postcode L3 4BX.

Free parking is available on site at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre. The venue is easily accessible by car from the M3.

Liverpool John Lennon Airport offers flights to a range of domestic and international destinations. Manchester Airport also provides extensive international connections and is approximately 45 minutes away.

Farnborough is conveniently located for two of London’s major airports. Heathrow Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, with Gatwick Airport around 50 minutes away.

Accessibility

Exhibition Centre Liverpool is fully accessible for all attendees with accessible toilets, lifts and entrances in all areas.

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre aims to provide an inclusive venue, accessible for all.

Yes. Accessible toilet facilities are available at both venues. Venue staff will also be on hand during the event if you need help locating the nearest facilities.

Onsite Facilities

Refreshments are not included with your ticket but there will be opportunities to purchase refreshments during the day, so you grab something to eat or drink between sessions.

A range of dietary options, including vegetarian and vegan choices, will be available.

Exhibition Centre Liverpool has a cloakroom located in the atrium outside Hall A. Availability and any charges will be confirmed as part of the event information.

Wi-Fi is available at our venues, although coverage and connection speeds can vary during busy events.

We recommend downloading or saving any important tickets, travel information or documents to your devices before arriving, just in case.

On the Day

Registration opening times will be confirmed in your pre-event information closer to the event.

We recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time to register, grab a coffee and get settled before the first sessions begin.

Bring your ticket or booking confirmation on your phone, along with anything you’d normally need for a full day at a conference.

We’d also recommend bringing something to take notes with – you’re going to leave with plenty of ideas!

No. There’s no need to print your ticket – simply have your booking confirmation or ticket ready on your phone or device when you arrive.

Yes. You’ll receive your Foot & Ankle Show delegate badge when you register at the event.

Please wear your badge throughout the show, as you may need it to access the conference, exhibition and education sessions.

No. There’s no formal dress code for the Foot & Ankle Show. Most delegates opt for smart-casual clothing, but the most important thing is that you’re comfortable.

You’ll be doing plenty of walking around the show, so comfortable shoes are highly recommended!

Yes. You’re welcome to leave and return to the show during the day.

Please keep your delegate badge with you, as you’ll need it to re-enter the event.
