Podiatrist

Kirsten Sinclair lives in the Orkney Islands and works as a demonstrator (amongst other things) with Celtic SMR Ltd.

Kirsten qualified as a Podiatrist in 2001, then worked in the NHS for a year before having her first little boy. After being told she could go back to work full time or not at all, she decided to start her own private Podiatry business before moving in to the medical equipment sales industry, and the rest is history (and in the presentation, so join us if you’re interested!)!

After 20+ years as a Podiatrist, culminating in opening my dream clinic in 2018 – I found myself burnt out and ‘over it’. I will speak about what lead to my decision to take a leap of faith and change my career, how I went about making the change, and how I’ve found things since – the things I miss and the things I REALLY don’t.

In my presentation I will be brutally honest, probably relatable, potentially sweary and will definitely leave you with some food for thought if you’ve found yourself in a similar situation.
