Debbie Delves
Clinical Director of Dulwich Podiatry
Coach at The HIVE
Debbie qualified as a podiatrist in 1989 – and she’s proud to admit it! With over three decades in the profession, she has seen podiatry evolve and has been at the forefront of that change. She holds a degree in Podiatry and a Master’s in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery, and she’s a proud Fellow of both the Royal College of Podiatry and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
Her leadership journey includes over a decade on the Council of the Royal College of Podiatry, where she served as Chairman from 2016 to 2018, guiding the profession through key developments.
She is also the third owner of Dulwich Podiatry, a thriving practice founded in 1948, which she took over in 1995. Under her leadership, the practice has gone from strength to strength, building a reputation for excellence and innovation. She views her 30-year ownership as a small part of the lifespan of Dulwich Podiatry.
Beyond clinic life, Debbie is passionate about helping other healthcare professionals succeed. Through her work with The HIVE, she mentors and coaches clinic owners, helping them develop the leadership skills needed to build resilient teams and sustainable businesses.
Debbie will be sharing her insights on leadership – what it takes, why it matters, and how you can create a practice that thrives for the long game.
