David Tollafield

(Podiatry) Author

Former University lecturer and podiatric surgeon, David has been a full-time author since 2018 and writes regularly under ConsultingFootpain for Busypencilcase Communications & Publishing, established in 2015.

As an independent publisher, his recent books include An Introduction to the Adult Foot, A Complete Patient Guide to Bunion Problems, and Voices from Podiatric Medicine. In April, his latest book, A Hard Act to Follow, based around fictional podiatrist Chris Harwood, was launched under his fictional author name. R.C.Blyth.

David specialised in foot pain syndromes, rheumatoid arthritis surgery, and neoplastic lesions.

He has lectured in Helsinki, Chicago, Johannesburg, Wellington (NZ), Tel Aviv, and the U.K.
