Operating from our solar-powered Cardiff manufacturing facility, we specialise in high-quality, precision insole production at scale. Our partnership with Dutch digital pioneers LutraCAD has transformed our operation, enabling a fully integrated digital workflow and advanced 3D printing capability.

We offer a complete scan, design, 3D print and finishing service, alongside prefabricated, modular, EVA-milled, EVA-like printed, polypropylene-like printed and SLS rigid shell orthoses for clinical and trade partners.
